Borgo di Colleoli, a prestigious Tuscan development, required a brand, marketing and customer acquisition programme. They asked us to find the right people to sell the product on to, and of course this was all needed yesterday.
We created a series of targeted direct mail, fulfilment & advertising campaigns. This ensured the correct demographic walked through the Borgo di Colleoli doors from the very start.
Our DM campaigns achieved a 0.7% response rate, with 65% of enquiries taking tours. All the freeholds were sold ahead of target within 18 months, and 75% of memberships have been sold to date.
